Because of the pandemic, New York in Chuncheon could not happen this year, but I still wanted to pay tribute by dedicating a mini performance to one of my favorite things about the city of Chuncheon: their specialty dish, dakgalbi, a stir fried spicy chicken dish that includes cabbage, potatoes and rice cakes.
